CONSIGNMENT & REMUNERATION

Sales are made on a consignment basis. You will receive payment after the successful sale of the bag.

Our commission rules:

  • Sale price up to CHF 1,000
    Your share: 70%
    Maison Deluxe commission: 30%
  • Sale price from CHF 1,000
    Your share: 80%
    Maison Deluxe commission: 20%

HOW IT WORKS

  1. Fill out the form – Fill out the form with all details about your bag and provide an approximate guide price. The final price will only be set jointly after authenticity check and condition assessment (commission will be deducted from this).
  2. Send in your bag – If interested, send your bag by registered mail to our address so we can inspect it personally.
  3. Authenticity & Condition Assessment – We check your bag for authenticity and condition.
  4. Feedback & Agreement – Within 5 business days of receiving the bag, you will receive our feedback on authenticity, condition, and price expectation.

  • Completely empty all compartments
  • Clean the bag if necessary before shipping

Should the actual condition deviate significantly from the information provided or should the bag arrive uncleaned, we reserve the right to make an adjusted offer or to return the bag to you.
